Australian Extreme Chilli Condiments was born in October 2014, after Robs spinal surgery.
A.E.C.C is based in Ross, situated in the beautiful Midlands of Tasmania.
Rob Dunn has been known for his love of the humble chilli for many years.
Rob worked in the hospitality Industry for just over 10 years, working in some of Sydney’s finest restaurants
& establishments. It is at this stage of his life, Rob picked up his love of cooking.
Moving forward to the present, A.E.C.C have earned a multitude of National & International awards for their
“Chilli Infused Sauces & Salts”.

All A.E.C.C products are handmade personally by Rob himself, with locally sourced ingredients from local
farmers in the Midlands & their exclusive chilli grower Regan Parkinson from Flamin Devil Chilli in Tasmania.
Our aim is to have the best quality product that is possible.
Our products are “GLUTEN FREE & VEGAN FRIENDLY”.
We do not use emulsifiers, colours, fillers or unnatural preservatives or nasty numbers.

Each batch is a small boutique one, so our customers are guaranteed the freshest products possible.

The whole family are involved with the business,

Jordan & Sophie (Robs children) help with sales & market stalls, when Rob is on the mainland.
